Characteristics

For material bonding processes, AUTEC RS has developed Orbital Riveters that simplify and speed up the work. The equipment can be ordered with a safety system, which is delivered according to all the requirements of the NR12.

  • Parts counter;
  • Riveting capacity: Steel SAE 1020 (12mm) / Stainless Steel (8mm);
  • Time control by cycle;
  • Manual head height adjustment;
  • Quick coupling punch;
  • Electrical motor 220/380 volts;
  • Pneumatic equipment with pressure adjuster and manometer;
  • Pedal or Two-hand Operation;
  • Performs 40kgf/mm² puncture.
